Amber Hom has lived in Contra Costa County for over 28 years. She spent her teen years in Pittsburg and graduated from a local private school.

Amber had been interested in real estate since she was a young girl. Raised by a single mother of 4 children (who also happened to be a real estate agent) she was brought up to believe in the value of homeownership. She began her real estate career in her early 20’s when she got her real estate license and was hired by The Contra Costa Association of Realtors. She learned a great deal about real estate during her time at the association and was quickly recognized in the industry and was recruited to join a local title and escrow company as an account manager. Her experience with title and escrow expanded her knowledge of the real estate business, and in late 2007 she decided to go out on her own and become an active real estate consultant. Her love of helping people and serving clients that range from large investors to the mom and pop homeowner has been the key to her success. Over the last 10 years she has sold over 1,000 properties in Northern California and is ranked in the top 10% in her field.

Amber is a wife and mother to 2 boys and their dog Jojo. She loves to cook (all kinds of food), spend time with her family, hike the Lime Ridge trail in Concord and watch baseball.

Monica Zuniga was born and raised in Concord, in her teen years, her family moved to Oakland. She has an extensive background in sales and delivering top-notch customer service to her clients. She started investing in Real Estate back in 2010 which led her to become a Real Estate Agent. Monica is a dream catcher. She helps new friends catch their dreams of buying and selling a wonderful home.

As a seasoned agent Monica prides herself on making sure her clients have a memorable and pleasurable experience in the home buying or selling process. She knows how to soothe clients’ worries and reassure them during trying times, which goes a long way toward building trust. Most important to Monica is providing the most excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business.

Outside of Real Estate, she likes hanging with her 3 kids who are active in sports and activities. In her spare time, you can find her at car shows or meets around the Bay with her car club or hitting the streets on her Harley. She is always open to adventures.

My real estate career started in mortgages, property management and investments before shifting solely to real estate transactions within the Tri-Valley (Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon) and out of state investments. I’ve formed real estate partnerships across California as well as Arizona, Hawaii, and Louisiana for the purpose of helping clients capitalize on investments to build wealth. My success can be attributed to my passion to deliver an exceptional client experience through personal connection, communication, and execution.

Born and raised in Washington D.C., by a single mother, I have an effective combination of tenacity, quiet determination and diplomacy that has served me well throughout my career and personally. In addition to a real estate broker license, I have a B.S. in Business Administration and a M.S. in Organizational Development. I am also a corporate executive leader with over 20 years of experience in Finance and software technology.

As co-founder and broker of Red Lime real estate I take pride in exemplifying our core values with a relentless pursuit to our vision, mission, and impact on communities. I serve as co-lead to the Talented Tenth – Black Employee Belonging Council, mentor several up and coming professionals and an ambassador to YearUp, an organization that provides job training and internships to disadvantaged young adults.

My husband John and I currently reside in the Livermore wine country. We have three adult boys and one granddaughter. When not working, I enjoy good food, reading, shopping, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
